Gyöngyi joined Mercury in September 2022 as a Junior Financial Controller.

She graduated a BSc Economics Engineer from Robert Karoly University in Gyöngyös, majoring in Finance.

She started her career as a Business Administrator and then spent over a decade in the UK hospitality industry, holding management positions. In 2022, she returned to the finance sector, taking up the position of Junior Financial Controller at Keystone Core Kft/Trigranit Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft., where she supports reporting, financial analysis and audit processes for Hungarian and international companies.

Dóra Németi

Senior Financial Controller

Dóra graduated University of Debrecen with a degree in Economics, specializing in Investments and Banking.

She started her career in 2003 at CIB Ingatlanlízing Zrt., where she held the position of Sales Manager for three years and then the position of Senior Sales Manager and Deputy Manager for eight years involved in real estate financing, coordinating the team, developing financial structures and solutions, and implementing processes to improve the company's operations. From 2015 to 2019, she worked at GE Oil & Gas Hungary Kft. (BHGE) as a Costing Specialist. She then continued her career as a Controller at WebEye Telematics Zrt. and later as a Senior Controller at Unicredit Bank Hungary Zrt., responsible for budgeting, reporting and cost analysis. From 2021 to 2023, she served as Senior Controller and Project Finance Manager at GE Renewables / GE Vernova, where she managed the cost control and financial reporting of hydropower projects worldwide as part of an international team, controlled financial flows and improved reporting processes.

Dóra has been a member of the Mercury team since September 2023, as Senior Financial Controller.

Magdalena Bućko Senior Financial Controller

Magdalena has almost 20 years of experience in financial management and cost analysis in the real estate industry. She graduated the University of Economics in Krakow, earning a master's degree in Marketing and Management with a specialization in Accountancy.

She worked as an accountant at the Sadren Audit Office and then for almost a decade she was a Financial Controller at Selvaag Polska Sp. z o.o., where she managed financial reports, cost optimization and cooperation with financial institutions. In 2015, she joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Specialist, responsible for budgeting, cost analysis and lease agreement management. After a short return to Selvaag Polska in 2018, where she supervised the liquidation of the company's operations in Poland, she took up the position of Senior Financial Specialist at Colliers International REMS Sp. z o.o., where she was responsible for the automation of financial processes, budgeting and supervision over reporting and cost control.

In November 2023 Magdalena joined the Mercury team where she serves as Senior Financial Controller.

Managing Director

Andrzej has 18 years experience in finance. He joined Mercury in October 2020.

His main responsibilities are: managing and controlling periodic financial statements (in local GAAP and IFRS), monitoring cash flow and assist in cash distribution/drawdowns, monitoring and reconciling intra-group transactions, consolidating financial data based on IFRS, ensure compliance with local, state and group reporting requirements, verify the work of project-based financial controllers and subcontractors, support accounting and asset management teams in managing tax issues and audits, assist with acquisitions and sale transactions.

He started his career with internship in Salustro Reydel Polska Sp. z o.o. in audit department. Then for 2 years he worked in KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. From 2008 he continued his career in Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. as a Senior Analyst. In 2011 he started his cooperation with Platinum Properties Group S.A., in 2014 with Fenix Group and in 2015 with iAlbatros Group S.A. With all these companies in the area of financial controlling.

In 2003 Andrzej graduated BA in Management and Marketing on University of Warsaw. In 2005 he got MA degree in Accounting and Finance on the same university.

Paweł Zygierewicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed his bachelor's degree in economics with a specialization in microeconomic and macroeconomic analysis. He then obtained a master's degree in e-business at the same university.

He gained his first professional experience in June 2018, completing an internship at the Jan Chwedoruk Insurance Agency. In this role, he dealt with customer service, analysis of insurance offers and taking care of the company's image. The next step in his career was an internship at KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. s.k., where he participated in audits of financial statements, prepared reports and analyzed accounting documentation.

In August 2021 Paweł joined the Mercury team. He started as a data analyst working on various financial reports, including PM reports and bank reports and over time developed automation skills.

Paweł Zygierewicz Reporting and process automation Specialist

Adam Łukaszewski earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 2017 and a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics in 2019. He began his professional career with an internship at Energo Invest Broker, where he gained insight into the operations of various corporate departments. He then expanded his experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant at Jones Lang LaSalle and as an Audit Assistant at Ernst & Young, where he participated in audit processes and financial analyses. In 2019, he joined TriGranit as a Junior Financial Controller, and after establishing Mercury, he continued his career within the company. Over the subsequent years, he further developed his expertise at Revetas Capital, where he currently serves as a Senior Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist. His responsibilities include, among others: developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, collaborating with IT teams on data warehouse management and SQL development and optimization, overseeing budgeting and financial modeling processes, and preparing financial reports for investors and senior management. Adam also leads a team of analysts, mentoring them in both technical and financial skill development. With his extensive expertise, including advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and MS Azure, Adam is a highly regarded specialist in data analysis, reporting, and financial process optimization.

Ewa has 19 years experience in accounting and finance in real estate sector. She joined Mercury team at the beginning of it’s activity. Before Mercury she worked in TriGranit (from 2014) as Chief Accountant for Poland where she was responsible for setting up the accounting system - SAP and proper accounting standards, as well as statutory audits and all regulatory requirements for all Polish subsidiaries. In this time Ewa was supporting the consolidation team in providing all relevant inputs and reconciling differences between management and statutory accounts. She led team up to 4 accountants. 

Before Trigranit she worked 4 years in HB Reavis Poland, where she was head of Polish accounting team, also responsible for implementation of financial system – Axapta. During these 4 years she assisted multiple restructuring transactions, i.e. mergers, demergers, sales and acquisition. Before joining HB Reavis she worked in MT Development Group, residential platform, as Senior Accountant, where she was responsible for all accounting matters related to companies included in the polish platform. 

During her IT studies (Engineer degree in 2005) she started her adventure with accounting in Orco Property Group as junior accountant, where she gained valuable experiences in the real estate sector. In 2008 she got Master degree in Finance and business accounting. Ewa received qualification for accountant from Polish Ministry of Finance in 2009.

Agnieszka have over 18 years track record in the real estate sector. As of July 2020 she established her own business (AGTU Consulting/Mercury) working in a strategic partnership with Revetas group within the financial consolidation and reporting area for all Revetas projects. Until mid 2020 she worked for TriGranit Corporation, first as Finance Director in Poland and since 2016 as CFO in head office in Hungary, taking responsibility for all finance related matters: audits, reporting, arranging debt financing in multiple CEE countries and financial DDs; as well as supervising administration and IT structures of the group. During this time Agnieszka was conducting multiple strategic quantitative and qualitative analysis in a cross-functional organization environment to support and improve business operations and was involved in many successful sales transaction on Group/subsidiary levels, taking active role in financial negotiations and price reconciliations.

Prior to joining TriGranit in 2013, Agnieszka worked over 6 years at MT Development Group – a residential investment platform based in Poland, managed by one of the leading Fund managers in Europe where she was responsible for setting up proper controlling and reporting standards in the Group. In years 2010 - 2013 she managed operations of the Group as Finance and Commercial Manager being also responsible for arranging the financing for all development projects. Before joining the real estate market in 2007, Agnieszka was collecting valuable experiences in the broader finance field working among others in the audit department at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Warsaw and controlling department at Robert Bosch GmBH in Stuttgart. She is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants.
