Balázs has 20 years experience in accounting and finance. He works in Mercury from February 2021.

He graduated Budapest Business College on faculty of Finance and Accountancy. On the beginning on his professional way he worked for 4 years in Exact Software Hungary Ltd. Then he was hired by Metro Group Asset Ltd. as an Accountant. After few years he changed his position for Head of Accounting and Controlling and after next 4 years he became CFO and he was responsible for budget of 10 Million EUR and 10 employees in Legal, IT, HR, Finance, Controlling and Accounting. From 2013 also in charge for Region East administration with main focus on coordination between the Corporate Admin departments and the 12 countries in the Region East (PL, AT, CZ, SK, HU, RO, MD, CR, RS, BG, GR, EG).

After Metro he worked for MAHLE Compressors Hungary Ltd. as a Head of Finance & Accounting. He also was a Board Member. He was responsible not only for finance, but also for re-define the international reporting – from US Gaap to IFRS. Also he worked for few years in construction at Samsung Engineering Hungary Ltd. on position of Accounting and Tax Manager. Then he was employed by TriGranit Fejlesztesi Kft.

Adam started his career with an internship in Energo Invest Broker. Then he was hired in Jones Lang LaSalle on Accounts Payable Assistant position. His next step was the Audit Assistant position in the Ernst & Young general audit department. 

In 2019 he joined TriGranit in the position of Junior Financial Controller, and after Mercury was established, he joined the Mercury team. He is responsible for quarterly consolidation, preparation of a quarterly financial report for investors, participating in the budgeting process, cooperating with accounting teams, collecting the cash balances of the entire holding, implementation of Power BI dashboards, automation of various reports.

Adam graduated BA in Economics from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2019 completed a MA degree in Finance and Accounting at Warsaw School of Economics. Currently, Adam is studying postgraduate studies – ACCA qualification.

Ewa has 16 years experience in accounting and finance in real estate sector. She joined Mercury team at the beginning of it’s activity. Before Mercury she worked in TriGranit (from 2014) as Chief Accountant for Poland where she was responsible for setting up the accounting system - SAP and proper accounting standards, as well as statutory audits and all regulatory requirements for all Polish subsidiaries. In this time Ewa was supporting the consolidation team in providing all relevant inputs and reconciling differences between management and statutory accounts. She led team up to 4 accountants. 

Before Trigranit she worked 4 years in HB Reavis Poland, where she was head of Polish accounting team, also responsible for implementation of financial system – Axapta. During these 4 years she assisted multiple restructuring transactions, i.e. mergers, demergers, sales and acquisition. Before joining HB Reavis she worked in MT Development Group, residential platform, as Senior Accountant, where she was responsible for all accounting matters related to companies included in the polish platform. 

During her IT studies (Engineer degree in 2005) she started her adventure with accounting in Orco Property Group as junior accountant, where she gained valuable experiences in the real estate sector. In 2008 she got Master degree in Finance and business accounting. Ewa received qualification for accountant from Polish Ministry of Finance in 2009.

Agnieszka have over 15 years track record in the real estate sector. As of July 2020 she established her own business (AGTU Consulting/Mercury) working in a strategic partnership with Revetas group within the financial consolidation and reporting area for all Revetas projects. Until mid 2020 she worked for TriGranit Corporation, first as Finance Director in Poland and since 2016 as CFO in head office in Hungary, taking responsibility for all finance related matters: audits, reporting, arranging debt financing in multiple CEE countries and financial DDs; as well as supervising administration and IT structures of the group. During this time Agnieszka was conducting multiple strategic quantitative and qualitative analysis in a cross-functional organization environment to support and improve business operations and was involved in many successful sales transaction on Group/subsidiary levels, taking active role in financial negotiations and price reconciliations.


Prior to joining TriGranit in 2013, Agnieszka worked over 6 years at MT Development Group – a residential investment platform based in Poland, managed by one of the leading Fund managers in Europe where she was responsible for setting up proper controlling and reporting standards in the Group. In years 2010 - 2013 she managed operations of the Group as Finance and Commercial Manager being also responsible for arranging the financing for all development projects. Before joining the real estate market in 2007, Agnieszka was collecting valuable experiences in the broader finance field working among others in the audit department at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Warsaw and controlling department at Robert Bosch GmBH in Stuttgart. She is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants.
